Stamford Superbikes, one of the UK's three flagship Suzuki showrooms, has produced two limited edition GSX-R750 K8s to pay homage to riders Kevin Schwantz and Cameron Donald. The Schwantz replica (£8799) GSX-R750 K8 mirrors the iconic Lucky Strike colour scheme the American used during his final season riding GP500 (now MotoGP) in 1995.

Schwantz shot to fame in the UK riding a GSX-R750 in the Transatlantic Races at Donington Park, beating a host of Britain's best riders. His all-action riding took him to the 1993 500GP championship on Suzuki's RGV500.

The factory finish paintwork offered on the Stamford replica is flawless and wouldn't be complete without his trademark "no.34" on the single seat unit. To complete the race bike look, Stamford Superbikes have also added a painted headlight cover, white wheels and the option of a Yoshimura Japan Tri-Oval road legal exhaust (£595 extra).

Built to honour the victories Cameron Donald took at the Isle of Man this year, the Relentless replica (£8699) allows riders to live out their TT dreams. Despite missing the 2007 event due to injury, the Australian took two stunning wins in the Superstock and first Superbike races on the island.

With the addition of a painted headlight cover, the Relentless replica exactly mirrors that of the race bike. Stamford have also added the triskelion or 'Three Legs of Man' and the 'TT" logo to distinguish it from a replica of the Relentless British Superbike racer.

Both replicas are finished off with a plaque on the tank to show they are Stamford Superbikes special editions. They also come with two years warranty, one years free breakdown cover along with 10% off the first clothing purchase and 10% discount on any future servicing and tyres. Stamford Superbikes will also fit any parts purchased at the time of ordering, such as alarms, exhausts, crash protection, without a labour charge.

From its two floor, 5000 sq-ft. showroom, the new Peterborough-based dealership is the capital for new and used bike sales, off-road machines, parts, clothing, servicing and accessories in the east of England.
